Appointment Booking Terms and Conditions

These appointment booking terms and conditions apply to every virtual meeting scheduled with CyberPerformance. Virtual appointments are offered in good faith, and we ask our clients to approach them with a respectful and understanding attitude toward the various limitations that technology and the law allow us to work within when we deploy marketing strategies.

Our video conference calls are recorded from time to time, and the client agrees that CyberPerformance may reuse those conversations to confirm a verbal agreement, for training purposes and/or for professional development. The recordings will not be published online without the written consent of the client.

The client may request the removal of their personal information at any time.

The client may cancel the meeting on their own by using the appointment rescheduling option and then clicking cancel. The client agrees to follow this process if they wish to cancel and to stop receiving appointment reminders. Given the high volume of emails we handle, this self-serve cancellation procedure takes effect much faster, and the client confirms that they will use this method first if they no longer wish to receive appointment reminders.
