CyberPerformance (NEQ 1171593842), with its head office at 2828, chemin Ste-Anne, Lévis (Quebec) G6J 1H8, is committed to protecting the personal information entrusted to it, in accordance with Quebec's Law 25 (the Act to modernize legislative provisions as regards the protection of personal information) and with applicable Canadian laws.

Information we collect

In the course of providing our services and operating this website, we may collect:

• Your contact details: name, email, phone number, address and company, when you fill out a contact or quote form.
• The billing information required to deliver the services (processed through Zoho Invoice).
• Call recordings, where the law permits and you have been informed, in order to document verbal agreements.
• Technical browsing data (IP address, device type) for the sole purposes of security and proper operation of the site.
• Your email address, if you voluntarily subscribe to our newsletter (double opt-in confirmation required).

How we use your information

Your information is used only to: respond to your requests, provide and invoice our services, prevent fraud, meet our legal obligations and, with your explicit consent, send you our newsletter.

Disclosure to third parties

We never sell your information. It may be processed by our trusted providers (Zoho, Google Workspace, and Postmark for sending emails), some of whose servers are located in the United States. These providers are contractually bound to equivalent protection measures.

Retention

Information is kept only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, then securely destroyed or anonymized. Requests received through the forms on this site are kept in our request management system.

Your rights

At any time, you may: request access to your information, have it corrected, request its deletion, withdraw your consent or unsubscribe from any communication. We respond within a maximum of 30 business days.
