Quotes and estimates

The prices shown on the site are indicative ballpark figures, in Canadian dollars and before taxes. Only a written and signed quote constitutes a contractual commitment. Each mandate is governed by a separate services agreement.

The site is provided as is. We make every effort to keep it accurate and available, without any guarantee that it will be free of errors or interruptions. CyberPerformance cannot be held liable for indirect damages related to the use of the site or of the external links it contains.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and by the applicable laws of Canada. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Lévis.
